This policy will be used during 2025/26 for allocating places in the main admission round for entry to Year 3 in September 2026.

In-year Applications: Admissions Policy 2025-2026
- Please phone the school on 01489 892368 to enquire about availability of school places.
- Parents who need to make a school application for their child to start immediately (within the next four weeks), should apply using the following link. Applications for an In Year school place starting in September can also be made using the online system. You may also wish to refer to our guidance about in-year admissions and information about types of school in Hampshire, the school's age range and status.
- Receiving the outcome:

The school will aim to respond to your In-year application in writing within 10 school days but must respond in no later than 15 school days.
Please note that schools are unlikely to be able to respond to applications during school holidays. If you are waiting for an outcome, you may need to wait until the schools return.
If you are offered a place:
- speak to the school to arrange a start date.
If you are refused a place, you can:
- add your child to the school’s waiting list
- appeal the decision to refuse your child a place
- contact the Admissions Team, who can help you find an alternative school place.
